How do I find my bracelet size?

Measure your wrist with a tape measure or a thread and add 1 to 2 cm to the thread. Wrist of 18cm can therefore wear a bracelet of 19cm or larger.

Are the products with a layer of silver or completely silver?

All our products are made completely from 925 silver.

does it lose color on your skin?

In some people, the acidity of their sweat can cause spots to turn slightly black, these are super easy to clean with the silver cloth.

What about customs duties?

We ship out from Belgium so there are no customs fees within the EU.
Outside the EU, customs fees and import tax will apply. As these costs vary from country to country.
