Order Processing Time:
* Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be shipped out the same day, after 4:00 PM next day. (business days) (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
*Delivery Time:* 2-10 business days, depending on the destination
Order Confirmation:
* Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Order Tracking:
* Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

- * NL DE LU - €8.50 / Free shipping from €150,-
- * EU/UK - €14.99 / Free shipping from €150,-
- * Rest of the world - €40 / Free shipping from €300,-

*We ship out from Belgium so there are no customs fees within the EU.
